ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

They will be directly and substantially participating all the ICBDML-2024 Committees like International Steering Committee, Organization & Operation Committee, and Technical Program Committee. And show down the IEEE policies of the peer review process, acceptance rate of submission, annual membership renewal, annual special slogan, all the technical topics of the conference, and approve the conference report. Moreover, strongly support all the activities of technical issues like special invited keynote speakers, technical session chairs, invited tutorial experts, etc.

IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section MPCST and IES College of Technology, Bhopal have all the responsibility of finance of this ICBDML-2024 international conference, and operate the secretariat of this conference that covers all the administration, Website, Technical Program Committee, and sponsors, etc. All the technical collaboration sponsors like IEEE MP Section, RGPV BHOPAL and IES College of Technology Bhopalare directly involved in all the committees like International Steering Committee, Organization & Operation Committee, and Technical Program Committee of ICBDML-2024 to contribute all the technical issues, and paper review process.

They will be participating all the ICBDML-2024 Committees like International Steering Committee, Organization & Operation Committee, and Technical Program Committee as the active members, and oversight every issues of conference procedures at all the meetings from start to end.

Principal, IES College of Technology, Bhopal approves the registration fees plan submitted by chair of the Organization & Operation Committee together with Chair of the Local Arrangement & Registration Committee.

TPC Chair, Co-Chair for Conference Program, Co-Chair for Paper Reviewer, and general members who are participated in the above activities.

There will be at least three reviewers evaluation results with accept or reject as their overall opinion, so that a paper will be selected, if it has majority-owned, the TPC chair will decide and give final notice to the authors.

Strong notice to every accepted paper authors like "Accepted and presented paper shall be published via IEEE Xplore. Otherwise it will be regarded as a No-Show paper that will not be published principally.
